A Black Lives Matter activist was shot and killed in this week.
The left won’t be happy regarding one key detail. He wasn’t killed by a police officer.
From New York Post:
The Black Lives Matter leader known for diving over a barrier to snatch a Confederate flag from a protester on live TV last year was shot dead in New Orleans, police said.
Muhiyidin Elamin Moye, who went by Muhiyidin d’Baha, was found dead Tuesday morning after being shot in the thigh while riding his bicycle, the Advocate reported.
New Orleans police spokesman Beau Tidwell said no information about a potential motive or suspects was immediately available.
The report says a bloody trail to the body circled two blocks, and a bloody bicycle lay across the road.
As you’ll imagine, Moye is being praised on Twitter by the left.
We don’t know who killed this young man however it’s worth mentioning that if the black community extremely wants to deal with an atrocity that affects them they must stop talking about police brutality and begin talking about black on black crime.
According to FBI data, 4,906 black people murdered other blacks in 2010 and 2011. That is 1,460 more black Americans killed by other blacks in two years than were lynched from 1882 to 1968, according to the Tuskegee Institute.
In 2012, white males were 38 percent of the population and committed 4,582 murders. That same year, black males were just 6.6 percent of the population but committed a staggering 5,531 murders.
In other words: black people–at just a fifth of the size–committed almost 1,000 more murders than their white counterparts.
